Mike Rahn
Field Division Manager, Suburban
Mike is the senior manager of the Company’s Suburban Field Division, with overall responsibility for the performance and development of the 75 trades professionals who make up his team. He also oversees all building and maintenance activities at nearly 3 million square feet of commercial space spread across 10 suburban Boston communities.
Since joining Cummings Properties in 2010, Mike has led both the carpentry and grounds teams in each of the Company’s three construction divisions. He has also managed numerous significant projects, including an extensive interior renovation of Cummings’ Woburn headquarters and the development of 52,000 square feet for Middlesex Probate and Family Court South, in Woburn.
Mike lives in Billerica with his wife, Amy, and their three children, Brooke, Michael, and Thomas. During his free time, he enjoys playing hockey and coaching youth baseball.
