From Downtown Boston
Take I-93 North to Route 1 North turn-off (via Tobin Bridge).
Follow for about 10 miles into Lynnfield, and then take the
combined I-95 North/Route 128 North exit (after going through
short tunnel). When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay on Route
128 North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large
shopping malls on your left, take Exit 22E onto Route 62 East.
Follow Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center
on your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop &
Shop), turn left into Cummings Center.
From Logan Airport
Take the Route 1A North ramp towards Revere/Lynn, and follow
halfway around the first rotary, turning onto Route 60 West.
Follow Route 60 West for about two miles. Take the Route 1
North exit and follow the ramp towards Route I-95/Saugus/NH/Maine.
Then follow the directions above.
From Massachusetts Turnpike (Mass Pike)
Take Exit 15 onto the combined Route I-95 North/Route 128
North. When I-95 and Route 128 split, stay left on Route 128
North toward Gloucester. Shortly after passing two large shopping
malls on your left, take Exit 22E onto Route 62 East. Follow
Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on
your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop),
turn left into Cummings Center.
From New Hampshire/Maine
Follow I-95 South to the Danvers/Peabody MA area. Take Route
128 North (right lane). Shortly after passing two large shopping
malls on your left, take Exit 22E onto Route 62 East. Follow
Route 62 East for less than two miles to Cummings Center on
your left. At the traffic lights (across from Stop & Shop),
turn left into Cummings Center.
Once in Cummings Center
Suite numbers are mostly laid out in a precise grid pattern.
The lowest suite numbers begin with Suite 101 at the extreme
south end of the complex, nearest Route 62 (Elliott Street).
Numbers in the largest building, 100 Cummings Center, run
from 101 to 166 on the ground floor. Suite numbers on the
second floor begin with a "2," and similarly with
floors 3, 4, and 5.
A letter suffix, which is a part of most suite numbers, designates
the east-west location. These suffixes begin with "A"
along the entire side of 100 Cummings Center which is closest
to the commuter rail tracks along East Drive. The letter suffixes
in 100 Cummings Center run from A-Q.
Suites with letter suffixes greater than "W" will
be found in the buildings known as 900, 800, and 600 Cummings
Center, all of which are farther west than 100 Cummings Center.
These buildings are located to the west of Center Drive. They
will be to your left upon entering from Route 62, after passing
the Center Drive reception station.
Suite numbers in the newest 300,000 square-foot building,
called 500 Cummings Center, do not follow this grid pattern,
but will be apparent upon entering the structure. This building
is in the extreme northwest corner of the park behind the
James McKeown Elementary School, and overlooking Upper and
Lower Shoe Ponds.
Cummings Center Leasing Office at 100 Cummings Center,
Suite 107-L
Enter our campus at the main entrance at Route 62, and 100
Cummings Center will be the large building ahead on the right.
Park anywhere in front of the building (short term parking
spaces are designated closest to the main entrances). Enter
the front of the building using the 100-L entrance, next to
the Danversbank sign. The Leasing Office is directly ahead
at the hallway intersection.
Community Conference Room at 100 Cummings Center, Suite
221-E
Enter our campus at the main entrance at Route 62, and 100
Cummings Center will be the large building ahead on the right.
Park anywhere in front of the building (short term parking
spaces are designated closest to the main entrances). Enter
the front of the building using the 100-L entrance, next to
the Danversbank sign, and simply follow the green directional
signs that lead to the second floor conference room. The second
floor is accessible by elevator and stairs.

into our leasing office located in Suite 107-L, straight ahead
once you enter the 100-L doors, or call us at 978-922-9000.
Additional Help
When entering from Route 62 (Elliott Street), visitors should
find the gatehouse on Center Drive staffed with a knowledgeable
individual, who should be able to answer many questions if
needed. People on duty here will typically have a good understanding
of where all tenants are located, and can usually announce
your arrival if requested.
By Public Transportation
Cummings Center is now part of the City of Beverly Shuttle
service with several stops in and around Cummings Center.
