Winchester philanthropists, businesses team up to sell estate, give away profits

WINCHESTER, MA — On Sept. 22, the former home of Winchester residents Bill and Joyce Cummings at 4 Fernway Terrace will be transformed into a nightclub, complete with a red carpet, Hollywood lights, music, and a signature cocktail, the Fernway Fizz, created for the evening.

The event will showcase the approximately $2.5 million home, which is being sold and the proceeds given to charity.
