Bill and Joyce Cummings at 4 Fernway Terrace will be transformed
into a nightclub, complete with a red carpet, Hollywood lights,
music, and a signature cocktail, the Fernway Fizz, created

event will showcase the approximately $2.5 million home, which
is being sold and the proceeds given to charity.
In
May, Bill and Joyce Cummings' family became the first Massachusetts
family to sign the Giving Pledge, which was established last
