Leasing/Property Manager Shannon Haines joins Cummings Properties

WOBURN, MA, AUGUST 25, 2011--Shannon Haines has been named a Leasing/Property Manager at Cummings Properties of Woburn.

Cummings Properties is a full-service commercial real estate development, management, and construction firm, headquartered in Woburn for more than 40 years. Among its 10 million square feet of commercial space are three major suburban business campuses—Cummings Park and TradeCenter 128 in Woburn, and Cummings Center in Beverly.

A graduate of University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Madison native, Haines brings a breadth of entrepreneurial acumen and sales experience to the position. She will be working primarily with clients at Cummings Properties’ flagship TradeCenter 128, a 600,000-square-foot office and research building easily recognized by its vast, eye-catching glass façade facing Route 128. It houses the popular 350-seat Beacon Grille restaurant and Middlesex County Superior Court, and is home to many prominent healthcare and insurance companies, financial service providers, and law offices.

Haines will service approximately 100 clients, including Deltek, HealthCare Source, Acronis, Montpelier Group, Advandx, and the law offices of McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton.

“We needed a well-seasoned businessperson to relate to clients and respond to their expansion needs,” said Senior Operations Manager David Suny. “Shannon is just the type of bright, polished individual we are always looking for at Cummings Properties.”

Haines said she enjoys the extensive contact with a diverse mix of client firms. “It is wonderful to develop relationships and help build opportunities for my clients,” she said.

Haines is a resident of Wilmington and has two children, Travis, 12, and April, 10.
