Each year, the Foundation donates tens of millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations in Middlesex, Essex, and Suffolk counties, plus six communities in Norfolk County: Brookline, Dedham, Milton, Needham, Quincy, and Wellesley. The Cummings organization has awarded $500 million in grants to date.

If you know someone with a commercial real estate need, simply share your referral's name and contact information with Cummings using the form below by June 30, 2024.
If your referral signs a lease with Cummings within 12 months of this submission, the nonprofit you designate below will receive the equivalent of half of the first year’s rent as an additional donation, to be paid on the referral’s first leasing anniversary, provided it remains a client in good standing.
